Mustangs spot Wolves early double-digit lead, lose 59-38
OSWEGO – Oswego East has found its enforcer – 6-foot-4 senior Rithik Ganesan.
The tough, defensive-minded Ganesan also has good hands and a soft touch. He scored 17 points and chased down 10 rebounds to lead the Wolves to a 59-38 victory over Downers Grove South during Friday afternoon’s finale for both teams in the 15th Hoops 4 Healing tournament at Oswego.
“Being the enforcer is one of my goals,” Ganesan said. “I’m making sure that I’m the guy in the middle who has got to do what I got to do for my team – get rebounds and be strong in the middle.”
