IC Catholic Prep 21, Bishop McNamara 20

Khalil Saunders' 50-yard touchdown pass to Jake Lytton with 16 seconds rallied the Knights (4-0) to a dramatic win over Bishop McNamara in Elmhurst.

Saunders was 15-for-19 for 188 yards and threw two touchdown passes and Kyle Franklin ran for 134 yards and a TD for ICCP, which trailed 14-0 at one point. Franklin's 6-yard TD run late in the third quarter tied it 14-14, but Bishop McNamara took its final lead with five minutes left in the fourth.

Lytton had five catches for 119 yards, and the game-winning score.

Glenbard East 17, West Aurora 13

Bret Bushka passed for 223 yards and ran in two touchdowns, and the Rams (4-0, 4-0) moved to 4-0 for the first time since 1967.

Glenbard West 45, York 24

Tyquan Cox ran for two touchdowns, one from 83 yards out, and the Hilltoppers (3-1, 2-0) rolled out to a 24-0 halftime lead in Elmhurst. Daniel Dunn threw for two touchdowns for York (2-2, 1-1).

St. Francis 20, West Chicago 9

Tommy Rittenhouse threw a touchdown pass to Jake Tangorra, and ran in a score for the visiting Spartans (4-0, 1-0) in their first game in the Metro Suburban Blue.

Hinsdale South 40, Downers Grove South 17

The Hornets (3-1, 2-0) remained unbeaten in the West Suburban Gold heading into a Week 5 showdown with Willowbrook.
