The Four C Notes, a Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons tribute group, will be featured at a fundraiser concert April 19 at the Tivoli Theatre in Downers Grove.
Backed by their live seven-piece band, The Four C Notes are led by John Michael Coppola, who appeared in Chicago’s long-running “Jersey Boys.” The event is presented by the South East Association for Special Parks and Recreation.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 and available at SEASPAR.org or 630-960-7600. Tickets also can be purchased at the SEASPAR office, Anderson’s Bookshop, BankFinancial or the Tivoli Theatre box office. A cash bar and refreshments will be available at intermission, according to a SEASPAR news release.
Coppola, who understudied the role of Frankie Valli during the nearly three-year run of the Chicago production, started The Four C Notes in 2013, the release stated.
Proceeds from the concert will be used to support SEASPAR’s recreational programs and services for individuals with disabilities served by the park districts of Clarendon Hills, Darien, Downers Grove, La Grange, La Grange Park, Lemont, Lisle, Westmont and Woodridge, and the villages of Brookfield, Indian Head Park and Western Springs, according to the release.
“SEASPAR is excited to have The Four C Notes performing at this year’s concert to raise funds for our programs and services,” Executive Director Matt Corso said in the release. “It will be a really fun evening for the community while having a meaningful impact on SEASPAR.”
