Legacy Guild announces newest scholars

LA GRANGE – The Legacy Guild, a local nonprofit organization, recently announced and awarded its second annual class of scholarship recipients.

The Legacy Guild – which supports students living in Lyons Township District 204 who have had a parent die while being raised in the community – awarded a total of $50,025 among 23 scholars. Each scholar received about $2,175 for their education.

This year's group of scholar includes; Nathaniel Buckler of LaGrange, Grace Costello of LaGrange Park, Jimmy Cullen of Western Springs, Jessie Kearns of Countryside, Amanda Keeve of LaGrange, Camille Lang of LaGrange, Tracy Lynch of LaGrange Park, Angela Madjer of Indian Head, Nikolina Madjer of Willow Springs, Matthew McCarthy of LaGrange Park, Maria Niemyjska-Toczek of LaGrange Park and Anna Wahlstrom of Brookfield.
