Hanover Township Supervisor Brian P. McGuire was honored with the “Friend to Youth” award from the Association of Illinois Township Committees on Youth and the “Supervisor of the Year” award from the Illinois Township Association of Senior Citizen Service Committees at the Township Officials of Illinois Annual Educational Confrence in Springfield.
Each year over 1,000 township officials attend the conference. McGuire was recognized by both groups for his support and committment to youth and seniors in Hanover Township.
