Carrie Roseanne Hanford and Brane Planojevic were married June 21, 2008, in St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in Merrillville, Ind. The ceremony was presided over by the Rev. Tom Kazich. The bride is the daughter of Sherwood and Carolyn Hanford of Key Largo, Fla. The groom is the son of Gojko Planojevic of Merrillville, and the late Draginja Planojevic.

The godfather was Milorad Bogunovic and the godmother was Milena Bogunovic. Master of ceremony was Michael Bradash. Junior bridesmaids were Olivia Hanfod and Katarina Radoja. Flowergirls were Chloe Hanford and Sanja Roadoja. Ring bearers were Stefan Radoja and Owen Hanford.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University. She is employed as an account manager at Euler Hermes ACI in Lisle. The groom earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from DePaul University. He is employed as a senior applications developer at Ronin Capital in Chicago.

The couple traveled to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee during their honeymoon. They reside in Lemont.
