Mr. Frederick and Dr. Janet Petty Lauerman of Hinsdale announce the engagement of their son, Nicholas Eason Lauerman, to Jessica Lynne Tyson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Tyson of Yarmouth, Maine.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Yarmouth High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in science of nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2008. She is employed with the labor and delivery unit at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
The groom-to-be is a graduate of Hinsdale Central High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Richmond in 2005. He is a third-year medical student at Rush University Medical College in Chicago.
The wedding is planned for August 2008 in Freeport, Maine. The couple will reside in Chicago.
