OUTLOOK
Seven of the  top nine runners from last season return for the Blazers, including a mainly senior corps led by Martinez (25th place individually at conference last fall) and Baumgartner (Addison Trail’s top finisher at regionals). Buenger, Yarbrough and Christopoulos are also back after being in both the conference and regional lineups in 2007.

Addison Trail’s long-term future also looks very bright, as 11 freshmen and nine sophomores are in the program (with some vying for varsity roles). One of the varsity newcomers with high potential is sophomore Aguilar, a standout on the Blazers’ frosh-soph team last fall.
