Same crime charged twice

Rodrigo Mariano Benitez, 40, of West Chicago, was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 400 block of Carriage Drive at about 4 p.m. Nov. 5, police said. Less than an hour later he was arrested on the same charge on the 1400 block of South Neltnor Boulevard.

Espresso machine stolen

An Astoria 8000 espresso machine was stolen from a closed business on the 2000 block of Franciscan Way at about 6:15 a.m. Nov. 8, police said.

Vehicle burglarized

Someone stole a cell phone, iPod and iPod transmitter from a truck parked on Turner Court at about 3:15 p.m. Nov. 8, police said.

Domestic battery alleged

Antonio Camacho, 24, of West Chicago, was charged with two counts of domestic battery on the 500 block of Glen Avenue at about 1 a.m. Nov. 4, police said.

Aggravated assault alleged

Eric Gonzalez, 20, of West Chicago, was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault and underage drinking on the 200 block of South Neltnor Boulevard at about 8:30 p.m. Nov. 5, police said.

DUI arrest made

Jose Guillen Marroquin, 32, of West Chicago, was arrested on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of illegal transportation of alcohol following a traffic stop near Fremont and Washington streets at about 3:30 a.m. Nov. 10, police said.

Domestic battery charged

Derek W. Foster, 22, of West Chicago, was arrested on charges of domestic battery on the 200 block of Joliet Street at about 3:30 a.m. Nov. 6, police said.
