Wheaton South girls volleyball improved to a 9-8 winning record Thursday against Glenbard North and evened their record in the DVC to 3-3. The Tigers defeated the Panthers in two games 25-18, 25-16.
"More consistent game play on our side of the net," said Wheaton South coach Bill Schreier. "We do need to cut down on our unforced errors, though. We seem to be playing against two teams, sometimes; our opponent and us."
Monika Stanciauskas finished with 10 kills, one ace and three blocks. Shealyn Kolosky added six kills and two blocks. Setter Amy Drabant had 28 assists, three digs and two kills. Libero Jackie Rodriguez contributed defensively with 11 digs.
