Planners needed for new Halloween festival

Community groups and volunteers interested in helping to plan a new Westmont Halloween festival are invited to attend a meeting Wednesday evening.
The meeting will outline the scope of the festival beginning at 6:30 p.m. in Westmont Centre, 1 S. Cass Ave.
