A lapse in financial bookkeeping has left the DuPage Water Commission millions of dollars short, and leaders are considering increasing water utility rates, among other fundraising options, to cover the hole.

The village of Westmont announced that village offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov.  27 in observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday.
