Daniel Plasman of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Mary Plasman of Westmont announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Plasman, to Keith Halley, son of Richard and Fiona Halley of Leawood, Kan.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Downers Grove North. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Augustana College in 2005 and a degree in nursing from Loyola University in 2006. She is employed as a nurse in the medical intensive care unit at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago.
The groom-to-be earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Augustana College. He is employed as a clinical project manager with Perceptive Informatics in Northbrook, Ill.
The wedding is planned for November 2008. The couple will reside in Chicago.
