The Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra will perform three free Chamber Music Institute concerts for the public in the ATC Auditorium at Elgin Community College, 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin. They begin at 2, 3:15 and 4:30 p.m. Sunday, April 5, featuring nearly 100 students from the EYSO organization.
Annual open rehearsals also will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, April 5, in the college’s Visual and Performing Arts Center. All four EYSO orchestras and the EYSO Brass Choir will conduct their regular weekly rehearsals.
