Ana Hernandez, 33 of West Chicago was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, driving with no tail lights and a child restraint violation at 4 a.m. June 8 at Washington and Wood streets.

Arturo Cruz, 26, of West Chicago was charged with one count of aggravated assault, contributing to the criminal delinquency of a juvenile and resisting an officer at about 6 p.m. June 8 in the 200 block of North Neltnor Boulevard.

Dorothy Derrick, 59, of Warrenville was charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was charged at about 9:15 p.m. June 10 at Arbor Street and McConnell Avenue.
