U.S. Cellular has announced a local winner in its U.S. Cellular Scholarship Program, awarding a total of $15,000 in scholarships to students who are significant contributors to the community and also are a part of the U.S. Cellular family. Ruthhvik Basavaraj of West Chicago received $5,000 toward his undergraduate studies as a part of U.S. Cellular’s annual scholarship program open to the children of U.S. Cellular associates.
