Geneva resident Henry J. Hyde, 83, died Nov. 29, 2007 in Rush University Hospital, Chicago.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, in St. John Neumann Church, 2900 E. Main Street, St. Charles. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7 in the church. Interment will be in Assumption Cemetery, Winfield.
Survivors include his wife, Judy; three children, Robert (Mindy), Anthony (Barbara) and Laura Hyde; three step-children, Susan (James) Schiesser, Stephen (Kim) Glazier and Mitch (Carly) Glazier; and 14 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Hank; two siblings, Mary and John Hyde; and his first wife, Jeanne.
Memorials may be sent to Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, 262 W. 171 Roosevelt Road, Wheaton, IL 6018; Marklund at Mill Creek, 1 S. 450 Wyatt Drive, Geneva, IL 60134; or to DuPage Convalescent Center Foundation, 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187.
Arrangements were handled by Yurs Funeral Home, St. Charles.
