Golf fundraiser to feature Colts coach Dungy, local star Diem

Golfers can hang out with Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy and then golf with Colts lineman Ryan Diem, a Glenbard North graduate, the next day.
Ryan Diem’s Allie and Friends Golf Classic is a two-day event to raise funds for pediatric cancer research. It kicks off with a reception at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Renaissance Hotel in Schaumburg, featuring Dungy as the guest speaker.
On Monday, participants hit the links at Boulder Ridge Country Club in Lake in the Hills. To register, go to www.allieandfriends.org.
