Applications for project financing under the Kane-Elgin Consortium’s Rental Housing Development Network are due at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 4.
Up to $500,000 in Federal funding is expected to be available under the program, which seeks to increase the supply of quality affordable housing for area residents.
The Rental Housing Development Program provides gap financing to non-profit and for-profit developers for the acquisition, rehabilitation or new construction of rental housing.
