Aurora University to host 'Aztec Stories'

BATAVIA, IL -

"Aztec Stories!" a program of stories, music, and traditions celebrating the Aztec culture, will take place from 9:20 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26, in Perry Theatre at the Aurora Foundation Center for Community Enrichment, 1305 Kenilworth Place.

Michael and Chi Heralda, a father-son team, will share the Aztecan culture through songs, oral tradition stories, and poetry. They will use more than 35 hand-made indigenous instruments during their high-energy program for all ages. A question and answer session will follow the performance.
