Alison Gosewehr of Warrenville has received the Stribling Theatre Arts award at Loras College. Recognition was given to Gosewehr at a banquet on April 23 to honor students who received special awards.

Marmion Academy students selected to have their work published in the English department’s annual The Rev. Father Peter Enderlin OSB Writing Competition Literary Magazine include fiction honorable mention, Kelan McDonnell of Winfield with “The Pogo Stick”; and poetry first prize, Mitchell Thar of Winfield with “Bushels/Grey Rainbow/Adria.”
