More than 600 members have been cleaning out their homes to supply the 13th annual church rummage and bake sale at Geneva’s Fox Valley Presbyterian Church. For the second year, all proceeds will be donated to Living Waters for the World, an organization that provides and installs water purification systems for areas in need of drinkable water.
Volunteers from Fox Valley Presbyterian will present the charity sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, and from 8 a.m.to 12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6. On Saturday, items are half price and after 10 a.m. you can fill a huge bag with anything for $5. The church is at 227 Eastside Drive.
