Dancers from State Street Dance Studio in Geneva will be featured on a live broadcast on Chicago’s WGN Channel 9 news at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 6. Performers from the studio’s production of “The Spinning Wheel” were invited to the downtown studio to perform for viewers across the Chicago area.
This marks State Street Dance Studio’s annual spring performance in the Paramount Theatre in Aurora. This year, State Street Dance is taking a big leap forward and will perform a condensed version of “Sleeping Beauty,” along with other featured disciplines of jazz, modern, hip hop, tap and lyrical.
Performances begin at 1 and 6 p.m. Sunday, June 21. Tickets just went on sale at the Geneva studio, 9 N. Fourth St. Call (630) 232-0444 for ticket information.
