Floyd Chamberlain, 59, of 7524 S. Normal Ave., Chicago; was charged with possession of marijuana on the 600 block of East Butterfield Road at about 2:55 p.m. Saturday, July 18.

Mary Sheahan, 17, 107 W. Jackson St., Villa Park; and Jamey Lubben, 17, 1S130 Holyoke Lane, Villa Park, were charged with possession of marijuana at Madison Meadow Park, 600 E. Madison St., at about 10:20 p.m. Sunday, July 19.

DUI alleged

Terry Brown, 22, of 10S680 Lilac Lane, Willowbrook, was charged with drunken driving at Main Street and Roosevelt Road at about 1:35 a.m. July 17.

Yolanda Smith, 34, of 2534 W. Flournoy St., Chicago was charged with drunken driving on the 800 block of East Roosevelt Road at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday, July 18.

Owen Brown, 34, of 524 Linden Ave., Bellwood, was charged with drunken driving on the 800 block of East Roosevelt Road at about 12:05 a.m. Sunday, July 19.

Nathan David, 44, of 2220 W. Nichols Road, Arlington Heights, was charged with drunken driving at Roosevelt and Finley roads at about 1:25 a.m. Monday, July 20.

Items reported stolen

A GPS was reported stolen from a vehicle on the first block of East Roosevelt Road at about 12:25 p.m. July 17.

Retail theft charges filed

Angelica Marmolejo, 19, of 109 N. Grant St., Westmont, was charged with retail theft at JC Penney, 175 Yorktown Shopping Center, at about 2:55 p.m. Sunday, July 19.

Oscar Muniz, 33, of 1640 W. Morse Ave., Chicago, was charged with retail theft, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, at about 4:50 p.m. Monday, July 20.

Mudita Jain, 19, and Samita Jain, 46, both of 5 Huntington Circle, Naperville, were charged with retail theft at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, at about 3:55 p.m. Tuesday, July 21.

Underage drinking charged

Michael Proffitt, 18, of 46 W. Harrison, Lombard; Joseph Uribe, 18, 111 W. North Ave., Lombard; Toney Green, 18, 2S042 Glen Ave., Lombard; Joshua Anaya, 18, 436 W. Pleasant, Lombard; and Donald Douglas, 18, of 11253 S. Wallace St., Chicago, were charged with underage drinking on the 300 block of East Roosevelt Road at about 1:40 a.m. July 15.

Andrew Damitz, 19, of 21W132 Flamingo Lane, Lombard; Brittney Jones, 18, of 294 El Paso Lane, Carol Stream; Mitchell Schuba, 20, of 306 E. Madison St., Villa Park; and Vanessa Randin, 18, of 45 S. Summitt Ave., Villa Park, were charged with underage drinking on the 300 block of West Graham Avenue at about 4:30 a.m. Saturday, July 18.

A flag and flag pole valued at $100 was reported stolen on the 400 block of South Ardmore Avenue at about 2:15 p.m. Saturday, July 18.

A GPS valued at $150 was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 200 block of West St. Charles Road at about 11:20 p.m. July 17.

A bicycle valued at $600 was reported stolen on the first block of West Rand Road at about 2:45 p.m. July 13.

Jewelry valued at $1,550 was reported stolen from a home on the 400 block of North Bierman Avenue at about 7:05 p.m. July 15.
