The Indian Boundary YMCA is hosting the annual Farmers Market beginning May 8.
The YMCA and the Village of Downers Grove have sponsored the event since the mid-1990s. Volunteers work to recruit vendors, staff the market and man the YMCA information booth.
The market is open Saturday mornings from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. until Oct. 16. The market is located at the Main Street train station’s south parking lot off Burlington Avenue.
