Juvenile charged with weapon possession

Lombard, IL -
A juvenile was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon after a soft air gun was found in his backpack.
The weapon was found after he and another juvenile were stopped after they took items from Kmart, 345 W. Roosevelt Road, at 4:18 p.m. Monday, police said.
Both juveniles were charged with retail theft and released to their parents
