Cicero man faces sexual abuse charges in DuPage

DuPage County, IL -
A 32-year-old Cicero man has been charged with molesting a 13-year-old girl in DuPage County in 2005.
A grand jury indicted Faustino Valazquez, 1840 S. 55th Ave., Thursday on charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and indecent solicitation of a minor.
Valazquez groped the girl and asked her to inappropriately touch him sometime between Jan. 1 and Sept. 18, 2005, according to the indictment.
He is scheduled to appear Monday in DuPage County Circuit Court. If convicted, Valazquez faces from three to seven years in prison.
