Spanish-language workshop to teach child care skills

YWCA Child Care Resource and Referral will sponsor a workshop in Spanish on “Family Child Care… It is a Business!” from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at 739 Roosevelt Road, Building 8, suite 210, Glen Ellyn.
Characteristics of a child care home, a description of the licensing process, business practices, provider/parent relationships and services of the CCR&R will be included in the discussion. Packets containing helpful resource information will be distributed.
There is a $10 fee for the class. Advance registration is required. To register, call (630) 790-3030 Ext 474.
