The North Berwyn Park District and Berwyn Development Corporation will host a “take back the night” rally from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at St. Mary of Celle Church, 1428 Euclid Ave.
The event is billed as a chance to “give neighborhood violence and crime a going-away party,” and is a precursor to a larger National Night Out event set to take place in August.
Tonight's event will feature a march around the neighborhood as well as hot dogs, refreshments and entertainment.
South Berwyn will have its own rally from 6 to 8 p.m. July 27 at Proksa Park, 3001 Wisconsin Ave.
