Youth Crossroads hosts a Vegas Night charity event at the Skylite West Banquet Hall in Berwyn Feb. 27.
Local officials including the Berwyn Mayor Michael O'Connor played various casino games including Texas Hold em, Black Jack, slots, and Roulette in efforts to raise money for the Youth Crossroads Organization.
Youth Crossroads is a nonprofit child welfare organization assisting families and their youth through individual and group counseling, after school programs, delinquency prevention, and leadership development programs. Services are available at no cost in both English and Spanish in areas including Berwyn, Cicero, Forest View, Lyons and Stickney.
