The All Berwyn Committee plans to host a candidates’ forum at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, at Berwyn City Hall, 6700 26th St.

The Morton West High School band program, led by Dr. Lawrence J. Pearce, will present its annual “Sounds of the Stadium” concert, featuring music from “West Side Story,” the movie “Dreamgirls,” as well as other musical selections.

The Berwyn Fire Department will begin flushing fire hydrants from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, ending Oct. 24.
