DUIs charged

• Mauricio Munoz, 34, of Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to signal, speeding and having no rear license plate at the 1200 block of Challenge Drive May 31, police said. Munoz has a court date June 24.

• Jon C. Kettering, 21, 786 N. Van Nortwick St., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without auto insurance, failure to signal and improper lane use while heading north on Hart Road at 2:15 a.m. June 1, police said.

Trailer reported stolen

A 1999 Pace American box Trailer was stolen at 480 S. River St. between 1 and 8 p.m. May 31, police said.

DUIs charged

• Matthew W. Fuller, 21, 1185 Persimmon Drive, St. Charles, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 3 a.m. May 31 at Bennett and East State streets, police said.

• Aaron K. Deleon, 21, of Maple Park, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 1:30 a.m. May 25 in the first block of River Lane, police said.

GPS unit stolen from vehicle

Someone stole a GPS unit, valued at $250, from an unlocked vehicle between 7:30 and 9 p.m. May 31 parked in the 700 block of Western Avenue, police said.

Scooter stolen from garage

A scooter, valued at $325, was stolen from an unlocked garage between 3:30 p.m. May 20 and 3:30 p.m. May 28 in the 600 block of North Lincoln Avenue, police said.

Radar detector stolen

Someone smashed the driver’s side window of a vehicle and stole a radar detector, valued at $120, between 8 p.m. May 28 and about 4:15 a.m. May 29 in the 700 block of Eklund Avenue, police said. Reports estimate the damage to the vehicle is $300.

Jewelry stolen from store

A bangle bracelet set, a crystal beaded bracelet and a photo stretch bracelet were stolen at 3:45 p.m. May 28 from Savannah Rose Boutique, 207 S. Third St., police said.

DUIs charged

• Victoria E. Polhill, 40, of Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing an officer and improper lane use near Thornhill Lane and Second Street at 11 p.m. June 2, police said.

• Gerald J. Tully, 22, of Elgin, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and driving without insurance at 2 a.m. May 24, police said.

Drug possession charged

Kyle Patrick Fogarty, 20, 41W089 Bridge Creek Drive, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 2.5 grams of marijuana at 310 Illinois Ave. at 1:45 a.m. May 18, police said.

Obstruction alleged

David M. Gurtler, 19, 914 W. Main St., was charged with obstructing a police officer, obstructing justice, marijuana possession (2.5 grams), driving with a suspended/revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle and not wearing a seat belt.

The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of Indiana Street at 6 p.m. May 23, police said.

Bikes reported stolen

Two bicycles valued a combined $275 were removed from a property at 201 N. Tyler Road between Sept. 24 and May 24, police said.
