Huntley man nets battery charge

Mario Nunez, 28, 11236 Fleetwood St., Huntley, was charged with domestic battery, aggravated assault and criminal damage to property at about 6 p.m. June 20, police said. Reports state Nunez broke the door handle off a car door while trying to get in, and then shattered the window, causing about $300 in damage.

Woman, man charged with drunken driving

• William A. Stone, 43, of Cortland was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 7:45 p.m. June 18 in the 2000 block of West State Street, police said.

• Nora Elizabeth Page, 24, 1224 Whitfield Drive, Geneva, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 12:45 a.m. June 21 in the 400 block of Hamilton Street, police said.

Man charged with drug paraphernalia

David L. Marshall III, 25, 0S464 Gunness Drive, West Chicago, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated assault at about 11:45 p.m. June 20 in the first block of Richards Street, police said.

Folding chairs stolen on Anderson Boulevard

Two folding chairs, valued together at $50, were stolen between 11 p.m. June 21 and 10:15 a.m. June 22 in the 200 block of Anderson Boulevard, police said.

Several bikes reported stolen

• Two bikes, valued together at $600, were stolen from a garage at about 10:30 a.m. June 21 in the 700 block of Maves Drive, police said.

• A bike, valued at $100, was stolen at about 4:15 p.m. June 21 from Quarry Park, 400 S. Water St., police said.

• A bike, valued at $500, was stolen at about 1:15 p.m. June 20 from the 500 block of North Van Nortwick, police said.

• A bike, valued at $200, was stolen between 12:30 and 4:45 p.m. June 18 from Quarry Park, 400 S. Water St., police said.

Tire reported slashed on Ozier Drive

Someone slashed the rear passenger-side tire of a car at about noon June 21 in the 500 block of Ozier Drive, police said. Reports estimate $200 in damage.

Batavia teen nets DUI charge

Nathaniel T. Goodin, 18, 1206 Wintergreen Terrace, Batavia, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful consumption of alcohol and improper lane usage at about 12:45 a.m. June 20 in the first block of Batavia Avenue, police said.

iPod stolen from car on Thrun Drive

Someone stole an iPod, valued at $250, from an unlocked vehicle parked in an open garage at about 7:15 a.m. June 18 in the 1200 block of Thrun Drive, police said.

XM Radio stolen from vehicle

Someone stole an XM portable radio and miscellaneous hand tools, valued together at $615, between 9 p.m. June 16 and 4:30 a.m. June 17 from a vehicle in the 1100 block of Giese Road, police said.

Two teens charged with retail theft

Elizabeth P. Hac, 17, 728 Branson Drive,  and Megan K. Grimm, 17, 3455 Pheasant Court, both Batavia, were charged with retail theft at about 4:15 p.m. June 17 after stealing items from Kohl’s, 251 N. Randall Road, police said.

ST. CHARLES

Man charged with driving with no insurance

Randall D. Schultz, 57, of Sugar Grove, was charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license and operating an uninsured vehicle at 11:59 p.m. June 23 at 5500 S. Randall Road.

Tires reported slashed on Liberty Ave.

Four tires of a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt were slashed between midnight and 7 a.m. June 6 at the 700 block of Liverty Avenue.
