
This week’s performance at the St. Charles Concerts in the Park series will be Chicago Groove Collective at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Lincoln Park Gazebo, along Main Street between Fourth and Fifth streets.
Led by international touring singer Matt Lewis, this group plays a diverse variety of music including rock, Motown, rhythm and blues, funk and contemporary jazz.
The Downtown St. Charles Partnership and the St. Charles Park District are presenting this free concert.
Upcoming performers include: Kimi Hayes Band on July 9, Lazy Maybes on July 16, Tin Horse on July 23, Michael Heaton Band on July 30, Gizzae on August 6, Hello Dave on August 13, and Howard and the White Boys on August 20.
In the event of rain, the concert will be moved to the Carson Pirie Scott Court of the Charlestowne Mall, 3800 E. Main St.
