The city of St. Charles is conducting a community-wide transit survey to gauge interest in a possible new bus system.
To encourage participation, the city has offered community members the opportunity to enter a raffle to win a gift certificate to a local St. Charles restaurant.
To complete the survey, visit www.stcharlesil.gov. The responses will be confidential.
The city asks residents to respond no later than Friday, Nov. 20.
