Ocean adventures in store at St. Charles library

Undersea explorers Wayne and Karen Brown will share tales of their real-life expeditions during two upcoming programs at the St. Charles Public Library, 1 S. Sixth Ave.

Attendees will be invited to discover the ocean through photography, specimens and storytelling.

Caribbean Sea will be held from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Thursday. Children ages 4 and 5 and those who finished kindergarten and first grade must attend with an adult. Students who finished second through eighth grades can attend on their own.

Great White Shark Expedition will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday for students who finished kindergarten through eighth grade. Kindergartners and first-graders must attend with an adult.
