Fire burns St. Charles townhouse

St. Charles, IL -
A fire burned a townhouse in the 1400 block of Dean Street in St. Charles Wednesday night. Firefighters found flames in the basement of the home. The fire was extinguished in 20 minutes. The house’s occupants were not home and no one was injured.
