Illinois holds Mortgage Relief Project event in Kane County

St. Charles, IL -
A Mortgage Relief Project event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 at West Aurora High School, 1201 W. New York St., Aurora.
The event, which helps people take advantage of the Mortgage Relief Project, will feature State Senator Linda Holmes and State Representative Linda Chapa LaVia.
Free housing counseling will be available, including how to recognize the telltale signs of mortgage fraud.
Bring the latest mortgage documents, such as bills, statements and notices, and a state ID or driver’s license to the event.
Transportation will be made available to senior citizens and those with disabilities.
