• Continuing its five year string of receiving multiple awards at the Illinois Main Street program’s annual conference and awards banquets, the Downtown St. Charles Partnership had two of its four finalist efforts win “Best of” recognition Nov. 13 in Decatur, Ill. Pat Quinn, the awards recognize outstanding efforts and programs in downtown revitalization and preservation by the nearly 70 Illinois communities that are certified Main Street programs. • St. Charles resident Kate Monteleone has been named the vice president, development, of the Resurrection Development Foundation.
