• The St. Charles Breakfast Rotary Club is conducting its “Toys for Kids” program, to collect toys for children in need in the Tri-Cities area.
Volunteers will be present during the Downtown St. Charles Partnership’s Electric Christmas Parade at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29. The Rotary Club is asking each parade attendee to bring one toy.

• The Geneva Rotary Club is raffling off a Smart Car.
Tickets cost $25 each or $100 for five. They hope to raise funds to help support their annual holiday party for disabled adults, youth exchange, scholarships and other worthy causes. They will draw for the car Dec. 23. The car will be on display at Riley Drugs, 415 W. State St., Geneva.
