Food, fireworks, and fun are the name of the game this weekend as the Fox Valley celebrates our nation's independence.
Many options are available to local residents who want to enjoy the three day weekend.
Batavia will have food and fireworks at Batavia High School on the fourth.
Among other activities, the Kane County Cougars in Geneva will be hosting various events, including fireworks after the games Thursday and Friday, and St. Charles will put on their firework display 9:30 at Pottawatomie Park.
