The Davis Elementary School PTO has begun registering sellers and volunteers for its annual Children’s Boutique.

Children’s clothing, equipment and toys will be available. The public is encouraged to participate by selling, donating, volunteering, and/or shopping.

The sale will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7 at Davis Elementary School, 1125 S. Seventh St., St. Charles. Items will be half-off from 5 to 7 p.m. 

Items being accepted for the sale include clothing (for all seasons) ranging from infant to teen sizes, sports equipment, maternity clothes, baby equipment, children’s furniture, Scout and sports uniforms, dancewear, costumes, shoes, bikes, books, toys, games, videos and children’s CDs and DVDs. Only clean items in good condition and working order will be accepted. Prices are determined by the seller.

Profits from the sale will be split, with 60 percent going to the seller and 40 percent to the PTO to be used for enrichment programs, school assemblies, materials, equipment and field trips.
There is a $2 registration fee for sellers. Admission for shoppers is free. Volunteers are given the opportunity to pre-shop before the general public and receive a 70/30 split. Donations are welcomed.
