Bridgeview, IL -

When the Chicago Fire hosts the New York Red Bulls on Sept. 6, U.S. Youth Soccer will be there.

The Fire game and USYS festivities begin at 7:30 p.m.

USYS is raising awareness for youth soccer month during September by spearheading a month-long tour that features a 15-foot tall soccer jersey.

Fans at each pro and collegiate tour stop will have the chance to win $10,000 by being selected for a halftime kick contest, including one lucky fan at Saturday's Fire game.

The U.S. Soccer Foundation's Passback Program is also attempting to break the world record for the longest chain of shoes, and fans will have a chance to take part in this exciting endeavor.
