Timothy Christian was able to celebrate winning the Metro Suburban Conference title on Thursday after beating Riverside-Brookfield 47-41. The first half, the two teams were neck-in-neck, but Timothy Christian pulled away with 20 points in the third quarter.
 

Tessa Bosman had 13 points and eight rebounds and Cassidy Block had 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Lady Trojans.
 

Meghan Orgler had a team-high 13 points for the Bulldogs.
 

Riverside-Brookfield will travel to Leyden at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
