Ames School to hold Veterans Day celebration

Riverside, IL -
A.F. Ames Elementary School, 86 Southcote Road, Riverside, is having a “Tribute to Our Veterans” program at 2 p.m. on Nov. 11 in the school gymnasium.
Students will introduce friends and family members who are veterans, and each veteran may have an opportunity to tell the audience where they served in the armed forces. All grades will also be performing songs.
Students and visitors are encouraged to wear red, white and blue.
