Wheaton-based band Mind's Hideaway to host Chicago show Friday, donate funds to The Alliance for the Great Lakes

Mind's Hideaway, a Wheaton-based band, is celebrating its newest release, "The Spill EP," with a release show and donations to The Alliance for the Great Lakes. 

The group is partnering with The Alliance for the Great Lakes by donating the song, "The Spill" to the organization to fight for the preservation of our Great Lakes. Fans can purchase the song for 99 cents here and at the EP release show Friday at The Elbo Room, 2871 N. Lincoln Ave., in Chicago. 

All proceeds from the song go directly to The Alliance for the Great Lakes.
