Brian Dennehy made an appearance at an Oak Brook Women's Club luncheon at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, at The Grotto in Oak Brook.
Barrel-chested, burly actor Brian Dennehy has often been cast as a tough guy or a villain. On both stage and screen, Dennehy's powerful performances have earned him countless prestigious nominations and awards during his impressive career, including two Tony Awards and a Golden Globe Award. Dennehy, primarily known as a dramatic actor, has shown his versatility in everything from classical drama to science fiction and even broad comedy. Dennehy currently performs nightly at The Goodman Theater in an extended run of Neil Simon's play "Desire Under The Elms."
