A Will County judge Thursday dismissed two felony gun charges against Drew Peterson after a prosecutor refused to comply with an order to turn state records over to the defense.

A 49-year-old female school nurse at Wood View Elementary School in Bolingbrook was charged Thursday with three felony counts of aggravated sexual abuse for allegedly having sex with three different teenage males in December of 2006, according to Bolingbrook police.
It will take a few weeks before the DuPage County Coroner’s Office completes its investigation into the death of a 30-year old man who witnesses say walked onto the train tracks of an eastbound Metra commuter train at 7:30 a.m. in Lisle and was killed.
Maureen Fox, DuPage Township administrator and the 2005 Bolingbrook Citizen of the Year, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Aug. 1 in Bolingbrook.
Lisle police were called to the Jewel Foods store, 1156 Maple Ave., after someone reported a suitcase being found in the middle of the parking lot about 9 a.m.
Bolingbrook police arrested three teens after an alert police officer noticed the three driving in a black 2006 Hyundai Sonata during the early morning hours of Dec. 31, according to police.
