Man arrested for no permit to sell magazines

Police handcuffed and arrested a 24-year-old man for selling magazines door-to-door Aug. 9.

According to police incident reports, Manuel Wynn, of 1512 Sunset Lake Apt. 15, Jefferson City, Mo., was caught selling magazines on the 6600 block of Blackstone Drive.

The man worked for a company called D & T Connection, Inc., which does not have a license to solicit in the village.

Police arrested Wynn for commercial solicitation without a permit. He was handcuffed, placed in the squad car and taken to the police department where police fingerprinted and photographed him. He was later released on a bond.
