A fund has been established for the family of Countryside resident Cari Cook, who was killed as she was crossing 47th Street with her two children May 19.
Donations can be made by checks payable to the Cook Family Fund, PO Box 217, Worth, IL 60482-0217
Proceeds will be used to cover future expenses that may include education, child care, medical, or any other costs related to the needs of the children.
Four-month-old Connor Cook suffered a fractured leg in the accident. Two-year-old Ellie Cook was uninjured.
